General Volunteer Application

Note: Applications are considered complete when the following have been finalized: 

  1. General Application (this form)
  2. Apply for your Criminal Record Check. Access code is CF5YUABTWR Your digital application can be done with or without a BC Service Card. 
  3. 2 complete References (you can send this form directly to your 2 references or we can send it on your behalf to those you name below)
  4. Interview (This will be done by someone within the department you are applying for) and a supplemental application may be sent at that time for you to complete.
  5. Complete our Safety and Risk Management Training. (not required for Children's or youth ministry- separate training provided) 
  6. Talk to your ministry department about the relevant Leadership Covenant (Participation Model) for your service area.
